Handling Instruction:
1)Working Conditions:
Temperature: 40ºC(For special requirement above 40ºC,we can specially produce as required.)
Humidity: 80%Max.(We can produce specially if required humidity higher than this)
Geography Location Height 1000meters less above sea-level(We can produce specially if required higher than this)
 
2) Mounting base of our centrifugal fan/blow can be adjusted and installed into different angles e.g. 0O,90O,180O,270O,easy for customer to adjust and fit for their working conditions.
 
3) Pls check if the Motor's wire lead is in good condition,the screw bots are tightly fastened. Motor's insulation resistance should be above 50MΩ
 
4) The earth Stud should be safely jointed to ground and in good condition.
 
5)Pls equip the Centrifugal Fan/blower with matched open-phase protection and currency-overload protection in installation.
 
6 ). Max. Operation Voltage Tolerance should be within +/- 5% the rated Voltage
 
7). Operation currency should conform to rated currency indicated in the Equipment Nameplate.
 
8) Direction of Rotation should strictly follow the arrow direction indicated in the volute
 
9) Do not try to put your hand,head or any part of your body into the air/wind intake or outlet in operation. Serious injury may happen.
