1) Grading Capacitor principle is adopted.
2) Electric field is equally distributed
3) Strong electrical insulation performance
4) Busbar of each phase is individually sealed
5) Short circuit between lines can be avoid.
6) External surface is earth potential and can be fixed by metal fittings directly.
7) Aluminium alloy tube is applied for the flow-guiding body.
8) Shock absorber is fixed on tower tube.
9) Wind power cable is equipped.
10) This kind of busbar is divided into three parts and pre-installed on three tower tube. Busbar on each tower tube only has one connecting point and it adopts TIG welder, no any mechanical connection and no any hidden trouble of connecting points caused by shaking. When tower tube installation is put in place, using flexible joint to connect two busbar on the tower combination face together. Flexible joints can compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction of busbar and it also can buffer the shaking of busbar to avoid bolt looseness on connecting parts.
