The four-position switch is divided into "T" type, "V" type and "I". The switch is installed on the tank well of compounded transformer, the transformer oil is used for its insulating and are eliminated material. It is suitable for three phase Power Supply circuit with rated trequency 50Hz, rated voltage 10kV, 35kV, rated current 315 A and 630A. In the radial feed or loop feed supply system, it is used as controlling and protective device in the industry civil used electric energy. 1. The fixed contact of the same kind product is crab-claw form. With the increasing rotation of the switch, the movable contact wears out more heavily, the pressure fixed contact put onto the movable contact declines, and the contact resistance increases.
We change the fixed contact into clip-chip, and connect it with soft-connecting films, ensuring the contact pressure with cylindrical spring to maintain a high contact pressure after 2000 times shifting and enable a minimum contact resistance of fixed and movable contact. We also use high-quality copper alloy as the contact material to make a lightest damage the arc will do to the contact when the contact shifts on-load, and enlarge the contacting area to improve the current-passing capability.
2. Key components of our switch apply the overall steel casting technology, so the products are with high mechanical strength.
3. Each plate-form spring has a deformation test before assembly to ensure the quality of the spring.
4. We use the latest type of insulation materials to ensure the switch a higher capability of withstand voltage and withstand voltage.
